We specifically asked if we were being charged for points and we were told that we were not. We were lied to and then told that our closing would not happen on time if we didnt pay for them. It consistently took weeks to get updated documents and we had to pay for the points because she wouldn't get things fixed for us. We are extremely unhappy with her.

I started my refinance process in late November 2020 and it did not actually close until early March 2021! There was a severe lack of communication and I was never updated with the status of my refinance until I reached out multiple times. I was told on several occasions that the loan would close (late December and late January) yet it never seemed to happen despite sending off required documentation within 48 hours of request.

We were so excited to get our home refinanced and we thought it would really be a blessing that this refinance would be with the bank we currently had our mortgage through. The problem is the people getting the refinance set up don't coordinate with anyone else in the organization. We ended up having to pay Jan plus a late fee. Then they had to send checks for both of those. We only received a check for the late fee so far. On top of this we had the signing scheduled three different times.

well first off they lacked communication between on duty agent as to closing date. asking me for all my information extremely early. Then here goes asking me for 30 days of check stubs on the eve night of my closing then calling me at around noon on the day of my closing stating the house appraised for $2500 less than the builder had it listed for and telling me I have to pay wire $2500 more mind you I have already made to prior wires to due lack of or inadequate communication with each wire co

Currently my loan closed on Thursday February 4 and funded February 8th and my payoff have not been paid off and I am paying double interest on loans. I am going to contact my attorney for advice.
