Nathan was very nice and was not bad to work with but once our rate was locked in, we hardly heard from him unless we checked in to check on the progress or to set a closing date, (which didn’t happen until 2 days before closing). We would have liked at least a weekly status check initiated by Nate or Jennifer Vo. The day of closing, we discovered that the closing statement was incorrect and no one was able to tell us why. It was unexpected and not the level of service we needed.

Very little communication. Usually get an email or phone call about must sign something right away. Other than that nothing. Took so much longer than planned. Our friend refinanced in two weeks. Our took forever with no explanation. The signing process was ridiculous. Would never recommend. You’re just a number to them.

My loan amount was changed fairly significantly without my knowledge or consent. I only became aware of this 1 hour before closing, when I finally received my final closing disclosure. The closing in general was chaotic and disorganised. I was extremely shocked to receive a final closing disclosure with a changed loan amount & monthly payment with no time to question or change it. The closing also took around 65 days after being promised a 40 day close.

Communication- not ok; Loan processor- not ok.. Learning that I would have to pay more at the signing table- not ok.. No one verbally talked to me about having to pay more. Even the lady at closing was like so you owe me a check or they owe you a check? Overall process was not good..

I have bought and sold many houses and this was the worst experience I ever had buying a house! Michael did the job he was hired to do which is to keep the customer hooked and staying with the company for the loan which he did. The people you had to deal with after Michael were not very good which made him look bad and he had to constantly correct their short comings. The people seemed to not know what they were doing and never seemed to have a answer to your questions.

Our loan was handles unprofessional from the beginning. We sent in our app and was supposed to get one rate. Then you lost the app so we lost that rate and had to re do the app and ended up with a higher rate. Then we had to sign documents multiple times because they kept getting misplaced on your end by the other people handling things. Then when it was FINALLY time to close even the notary could not do things right and had to come back to have us sign more papers that even she forgot! Terrible

It started out great, very exciting and hopeful. We had an unusual situation due to COVID but was told by AJ multiple times it would be ok. As we were going through the process we found many paperwork errors, I had to call and check up on things because nothing was being done correctly, we almost had to pay almost $1k out of pocket for an error on his part. And to top it off he was reading from the wrong paperwork which our realtor had to explain multiple times. Just seemed careless.

I had numerous requests for impossible documents via Michelle. My Edward Jones rep was very frustrated. My tax return was questioned as to a proper signature. This continued with my bank and the title company. Kyle was ok but not Michelle. I suppose if you had a couple of w2's and no itemized deductions this may work however if you are in business this is the wrong company. I spent hours and hours back in forth with an unreasonable person ( Michelle)
