Marcell & Claudia continuously requested documents that did not pertain to me. I tried explaining that I could not provide things that do not exist, but they asked again and again. They either did not write down my details or they did not pass it on. Whenever I asked questions, no one ever knew the answer. I had to go through my own disclosures to figure out the errors and tell them what was wrong and why instead of the other way around. I'm only allowed 500 characters so I have to stop here.

I had a very hard time getting in touch with my lender, even harder to get a straight answer(example: where does this credit reflect at on the paper work? A reply would be 'we will have to check on this and get back with you' it seems after normally a day or 4 later depending what was going on at the time. 90% of my info came from my realtor. Who also had to consistently speak to the lenders to get me the information needed. My realtor was amazing, the lenders...really had a big struggle.

He changed the closing date. He didnt give the buyer her closing statement. He almost cost me a deal. Terrible

Needs more communication, and better response time. If it wasn't for another processing rep, Sunny, who was very customer friendly, I would have gone with another company that also has a competitive rate and even more competitive fees.

I have been through 3 refinances now. And for 2 I had constant communication and knew when I was expecting to close. With NAF I had to initiate the communication.

There was a lot of confusion at the end of the process. Information that was supposed to be shared with us earlier on in the process was missed because she “was very busy”. At the eleventh hour, we were told about money owed at closing that she “forgot to inform us of” previously in the process. It was a very stressful process that took 2 times as long as it was originally supposed to.

None of my emails got any response from the other agents working on my loan I had to submit the same forms multiple times the closing got pushed back a day and that day nothing was ready for closing they were confirming employment for myself and wife an hour after we were to close sent them those documents 3weeks prior sent insurance info out a month in advance and then asked again a week later then a week before closing said they did not reveiw the documents I sent so did not see them
