There were way too many parties from New American involved in the communication. Lender made a last minute decision regarding who should be on the loan. Scheduling closing was a NIGHTMARE. River went on vacation the week of closing without telling my client so we had NO IDEA who we were supposed to talk to.

The process initially started off okay and pleasant. But, soon after the communication was poor. I received conflicting information from my loan officer. He promised a lender credit of X amount and when I got the disclosures, it was significantly less than promised. I was told there was an error and this was fixed. Unfortunately, that was not the only “error” in the process. His team seemed disjointed and unorganized. I was given incorrect info numerous times.

Justin Navarre was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with in ANY aspect of purchasing rental property or homes. Our realtor and title company both described him as “unresponsive, rude and unprofessional”. We had difficulty with him and his unresponsiveness and his demeanor whenever we would work with him. It was so bad that in all honesty I will probably never use NAF again based solely on my experience with Justin. I believe he is a liability to this company’s success.
