Antwaun stopped responding completely at one point about a month before closing. This was while I needed documents to provide for another motgage I was working on. The closing documents were not in order and during signing we (and the notary) were not sure if my wife was actually listed as a coowner or someone who was cosigning for the loan. Even after the signing with the notary I considered cancelling. I began this process at the very beginning of August. I wish I had used someone else.

This was the worst loan experience and process. No communication period unless I called customer service. Escalation is the only way to get a response. The entire loan process was a nightmare with Documents being requested and submitted only to have the same person ask for the same documents again. Internal communication is does not exist. I would run away from this company!!!

Do not use. Fees not transparent. Closing moved 2x due to incompetence. Docs requested many times. The team showed no ownership, no customer service, were unresponsive and when they did communicate it was ineffective. Had to escalate to highest levels to get progress. No-one followed up with me to even acknowledge or apologize for the stress, lost time and tremendous effort I had to put in. They earned a bad reputation with all -- me, both realtors, the attorney’s office and the insurance rep.

The buyers, sellers and brokers were lied to. I have been selling homes for 28 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. Lots of promises and a very delayed closing.

Communication was not there. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response. I was not informed of the required counseling that needed to be done in order to close on the house. I spent the time to track down what the was causing the issue and notified my mortgage team on what the issue was. The CD was wrong and needed to be corrected. I was never informed of the rate change it was just sent in the CD which caused added stress. By far this was the worst experience that I have ever had

Poor communication. I always had to reach out to her and then wait a week for a response. Never new what was going on with process. Sending in duplicate documents. Completely gave false information with rate and closing costs. Stated my interest rate would be higher to keep closing cost down...then closing costs went up but no decrease in interest rate. Started process on June 12...closed on October 23. Worst experience I have ever had with a refinance!!

I have applied for over 15 mortgages in my life and this by far and away this has been the most frustrating and unorganized process that I have ever experienced. A process that was supposed to take less than 45 days ended up running close to 90 days due to their ability to be organized. Their disorganization was baffling as I would be asked for the same info multiple times. Unfortunately, I am limited to 500 characters so I can't really express my true discontent with this company.
