Communication would have been nice. We called, text,email and still alot of times no response. I would think communicating with the individuals buying a home and answering questions would be important. On the other hand, when everything was handed over to Jerry. It was awesome! He answered phone calls, emails and text messages. He also took the time to explain things to us and answer all of our questions . Jerry was awesome! Paige not so much!

From start to finish the process of my refinance was conducted in an unprofessional manner. Internal personnel made decisions upon themselves without discussing my file with me. The signing date continued to be pushed back month after month. Lack of internal communication led to client frustration.

To be fair regarding my previous review, I've no idea who Lori Wolff is or if she had any connection with the underwriting of my loan. All I know is that New American Funding did the underwriting and it was beyond ridiculous, I would avoid them at all cost.

My loan spent an eternity in underwriting for ridiculously petty reasons, I literally am telling everybody I can to not work with any bank that uses new American funding. On top of that I know the bank I used is not planning on using you guys anymore so sounds to me like things are crumbling all around you guys.

Very poor communication from Greg, my loan consultant, after my offer was accepted. There were multiple instances where I both emailed and called Greg with questions that I had and he would not respond until several days later or I would have to end up calling the processor or someone else at New American to get the answers needed to keep the process moving forward.

After the experience I endured, unpleasant is an understatement. What would have made this experience enjoyable was actually having someone who was present, supportive and communicative. Communication goes a long way and that was not a priority during this process. What was supposed to get done did not get done, I felt like my contact person for my loan did not care enough to even reach out without me literally having to text, call, email repeatedly. First&last using, would NOT recommend.

It all came down to the communication between her and whoever needed things. the day before closing at 445pm, we got a threatening email that we were not going to close the next day due to them not being able to get in touch with our employers. you wait until 445pm to tell anyone this? and the next day, another email the spouse did not esign something back 2 weeks ago, and he had to go to a fedex, print it out, sign and fax back. Cost him $10.00 to do that, and interrupted his work. no one
