Sorry place to do business with in my opinion! The loan officer was rude and condescending and sounded like a scripted telemarketer. She would send me emails demanding documents I never heard of and when I asked for explanation got rude. I think that was to compensate for her own incompetence. I went elsewhere!

Doesn't communicate. It's different when you have to work for the business vs it's given. If possible i will choosenever work with this lender again ?? . I really hope he keeps being fed business since he doesn't communicate with agents. A real lender earns your business for referrals

The whole team made our out of state move more stressful than it needed to be. They knew we were moving to a new state and rescheduled our closing date twice last minute and offered nothing to compensate us. Communication was not the best between the team. We had to resubmit and email documents multiple times because they weren’t updating each other. We only chose them because our builder offered more money towards closing if we went with their lender. We will never choose New American Funding again.

Better communication between the team, and the fact that we were sent through so many hoops that it was ridiculous, and unprofessional. I did not appreciate the tone in which I was spoken to at all.

Never heard from him. Never returned call so nope would not refer if I see that he is the prefereed lender
