The communication during this transaction was almost nonexistent. I emailed several times with no response at all from Ryan. When I did get a response he said he would look into it and find out the answer and would never get back to me. I told Ryan we were going to be pushing the closing up from the 9th to the 5th and he must’ve just forgotten so everything was delayed and we ended up having to close on the 10th instead which put my customers in a hotel until we could close.

Cindy failed to mention buyer needed to sale her property to buy a home. Cindy referred me to get updates from Tamara. Tamara never answered the phone and rarely responded to emails. Tamara did not have voicemail. Her phone just rang. As an active agent, I am on the go and in the field more now due to Covid. I don't really have time to email for updates or track down lender or assistant for updates. We did not close on time. Lender would not release DU approval and that nearly cost me my deal

Terrible service! Loan officers and processors communicating upfront and not waiting until the end of the transaction. Loan officers and processors knowing what is needed for FHA loan types and what their investors require and giving that information upfront especially when asked multiple times. Keeping the timeline that was stated. When you say 24-48 hours and it turns into over 5 days that it not great service. Know KY real estate if your going to do loans for this area. Your rush is very slow

Brokers needs to communicate more. I tried to call multiple times and would rarely get a text response. It was particularly bad when I was unsure whether I was going to get the loan or not. Poor communication really made it an unpleasant experience.

Context - I have completed refis before and this ended up being one of the more aggregating ones. Actual closing ended up being 30+ days after we passing initial underwriting (which pass smoothly) with no clear communication on reason for delays. Repeated and duplicate requests for documentation at this time. General lack of communication - a week would go by between request for update before I heard back. Disappointing and frustrating experience.

Just be clear with the numbers .Don’t come with last minutes numbers trying to put pressure at the moment of the closing. Its twice that i have a bad experience with you guys I hope you guys take this seriously an have some respect for your customers .

Your team all the way through the process never looked at the information i sent them. They were to lazy and only focused in on one aspect of my financials that i kept telling them was no longer viable. once again not good and i would be happy to talk to one of your management team members to additional problems i hade to deal with.
