Having Another loan officer check on customer when their loan officer is out would be great. We went 3 weeks with no communication. Slipping in a $1380.00 fee the day before your planned to close is a horrible way to do business. Edward had all my information requested in the first 2 days when we started this process. There is no reason fees are unknown until 16hrs before we close and 13 weeks after we started the process. I have never been so mad during a business transaction in my life.

The communication all together was horrible. I felt that as a buyer I was having to do my lender’s job. I was calling the title company, making my own appointments, and my realtor was doing stuff the Christine was supposed to do. I should have been relaxing and packing but that wasn’t the case. I am still waiting for paperwork from them And I’ve been in my home over three months. I would never do business with them again not recommend them to anyone.

The information sent to me was incorrect and Melissa also provided inaccurate information when I questioned her about it. She would not return my calls. It was by far the most frustrating closing I have done. Also, the notary they sent was totally unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable that he has my social security number. I would never use the company again!!

no lies and bullshit,,,,,,,what should have taken a couple weeks took a couple months I was told this will be easy we do this all the time -LIES we'll pay everybody off - LIES I get a pile of checks and have to do the payoff myself and rely on the postal service to deliver them,, it's been a week and I'm getting late notice calls I still don't know for sure if mortgage got paid or anyone else for that matter This was the most stressful , aggravating experience I've had to do

Said we didn’t have to pay anything to escrow, and before closing they took over $2500.00 out of what we were suppose to get at closing.
