Total Scam run. He had provide false information and increase closing cost. Later added lender fees. I would never recommend anyone to this company. Will be adding same to social media.. so other people are not scammed.

Our loan took much longer then we were told it would. We were told we would be able to move into our house on a Monday and didn’t get to close for a while extra week. This made it so we had to stay in a hotel and waste extra money on a hotel and extra money on the truck we rented to move us from Georgia to Texas. Candice did not respond to my emails or phone calls, she would only answer when my husband called or messaged her. We got screwed and lied to.

The communication is the key and there was zero communication for me from the start and until the closing. Each time I had to follow up to corporate to understand what has been happening with the status of my loan. The entire process was a nightmare.

Liar. Had me sign and ghosted me for months. Then lied about items needed. Claimed I needed to change the loan type claiming it would only increase my loan by 20 a month and nothing else. I agree then he upped the fees. I get new doc. Question it and he upps the fees while lowering the credit issued plus demanding proof of assets.I send proof and he ignores it. He LIES every step and only cares of his $$. Will tell you anything to sign. 4 months later still changing terms...RUN AWAY.

Our refinance loan process took over 90 days to complete. There was no delay in response time or returned documentation on our end. It was honestly a very unorganized and unprofessional experience. As the customer, I was always the one following up to ensure my response was received and/or requesting an update after 2 weeks of not hearing back from someone. I would not ever recommend this company to any of my family, friends or acquaintances.
