Delays in every part of transaction starting with pre-approval & ending with two closing delays. Total lack of communication near the end of the process from Tyler. He literally didn't respond to my phone calls and emails during the last two weeks of the transaction. I felt like Tyler may be new and that he didn't know what to expect and this caused delays. I'm a real estate broker & have recently referred a client to NA for Vendee financing, but specifically told them to not use Tyler.

Unfortunately it was your team that let you down and made for a disappointing experience thru the loan process. I wish I could say more positive things about it but this is not the case and I hope you sit down and go over what happened to me with your team so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Buyer had to resubmit documents several times clsoing docs didn't show up until several hours after scheduled close time nothing went smooth on getting items information of closing from your company

We had a very trying experience with New American. Communication was inconsistent in frequency and accuracy. We regularly had to email multiple times in order to get any information or updates. We started the process of our refi in August and it didn't close until the very end of December. We had multiple instances where we were asked to resend documentation we had already sent, even after our refi was already funded. We expected better organization and communication overall.

Had one phone conversation at the beginning. Never had another one in 3 months. Email communication was poor as well. Had to speak with other people to get anything done. Tried to charge me to extend rate.
