Better communication would have changed my overall rating. It would have been nice to have an estimate of how long this refi would take. I know there were some things that we were waiting on, but it would have been nice to know what was going on. This was the longest most drawn out loan I have ever done.

There were several mistakes made. I received documents of someone else for address verification, the person lived in Florida. I was quoted the wrong payment the second time, the wrong mortgage insurance file was looked at, he told my my home owners insurance went from 1600 a year to 2000 which was incorrect, my insurance contact had never even been contacted by Jeff until I asked her about the increase. Now she had to contact the lender because she got an escrow check was made to wrong company!!

Better communication about the loan process and what was expected of us related to the requirements to complete the process prior to closing. Better and more realistic closing date considering the lag in processing of the paper work at the end.

Poor communication and the last couple weeks of the transaction was a disaster. We were told we had the clear to close twice and then told underwriting need more items. It was very frustrating for all parties involved.
