Sometimes I feel like I wasn't being heard. Example you've listed my property address as 450 Archwood it is 450 & 454 and 454 is the main property. Farmer's Ins called and said that you've listed 450 on their payment documents but paid ins on 454. Regarding some of the debts listed on the credit reports, they were not accurate, i.e. I did not owe American Express it was Barclay. Bottom line accuracy is important and the borrower needs to be heard. However, I do prefer NAF over others.

Service was adequate. Underwriting was very easy, but there were several key milestones that did not have adequate planning or communication which left me scrambling to meet deadlines. Recommend that NAF establish a checklist and timeline at the beginning of the process.

Clear communication of what I needed upfront so I wouldn't be under unnecessary deadlines and making several trips to the bank would be helpful. A couple people dropped the ball on a few things that caused much unnecessary stress on my end. It was very stressful. Next time I will be prepared to ask pertinent questions to expedite some things...

First it is not fair to rate Mike Kariko as he came at the end of the process. We did not have any person to person communication. He only sent the web process updates. As for the experience, I have bought and sold 6 houses in my life time and have never experienced the manner in which this loan process was so poorly handled. Not until I was forced to contact the corporate office did I receive the level of customer service and efficiency that I have experienced in the past.

Communication was poor at the end. This included communication with a supervisor. If I did not ask questions, I did not hear anything from anyone. Very frustrating process.

I won't use this company again because extra charges and points and extension fees were added that we were not aware of and had no fault whatsoever in.
