Started application with no fee for appraisal but then they couldn’t offer that. Communication was spotty but was likely due to original person taking application ended up leaving the company. Could have seen a better handoff that what we experienced.

Nate was great to talk to and I enjoyed working with him overall. I sincerely felt like he did do his best to help me get the best deal he could. I needed to go through the refinance process twice, over the course of over 4 months! This was due in most part to a subordination. Things were hectic, I understand. The biggest problems were the miscommunication I received in the second refinance and the incorrect closing amount discovered after closing.

This process took way to long. It started in December 2020 and wasn't finished until early March 2021. The process of verifying my Solar Panel lease was not pleasant. I understand the pandemic has created some issues, but 3 months was to long.
