Better explanation and information ahead of time would have made the transaction more pleasant. Information and documents needed were requested at most times rushed and needed to be sent back immediately.

There was some miscommunication of whether some emails with documentation were received or not. I was under the impression they went through and it turned out they weren't. It would have been helpful to know that right away and not receive snarky texts later. I also sent information to another underwriter and was asked why I was sending that information. It was uncomfortable. I feel this miscommunication lengthened the escrow.

chris could have called me back but didnt i asked for my escrow to close on the first of october but it looks like it closed in september chris forgot about the refinance for over a month the only reason this got done was an email sent to me by your company asking how they are doing and i answered haven't heard from chris about the refi
