More attention to details. There was plenty of time to do the job and everything felt rushed and done last minute. Having to ask for forms to be corrected because names weren’t spelled correctly after addressing it multiple times is unacceptable. The lack of communication made the experience average and of little importance. I had to constantly send over forms I had already sent because they weren’t kept track of. The overall experience was okay and there’s plenty to improve on.

Bill was able to close my client's deal on time but did not really have a direct communication with me but only with my buyers. That is the only reason for the average rating I gave. I was hoping Id be informed more of how the loan was going for my clients. I got a few emails from his staff but seldom from him.

The communication with the buyer client must be improved and more stream-lined. I personally don’t like be included on nearly every email request from lender to buyer, but don’t mind the contact if assistance is needed. Estimated funds to close have been ambiguous up until hours before closing. This is very stressful for the buyer and for me.

I am not sure where the disconnect was specifically either with my client or the loan company. Just felt it was difficult to get information in a timely manner.
