The loan did not close on time and put my buyers and sellers in limbo for almost a week...

The Buyer was promised a $750 cash rebate or discount if he used a “ preferred Realtor” hand picked by NewAmerican Funding. Since the buyer never heard from the preferred lender he asked me to represent him. From that point on, Mr Walker would no longer give the buyer the $750 in spite of the fact that my Broker endorses NewAmerican as one of our preferred Lenders. Flo Hurley sits in my office on a regular basis, but that was ignored. I ended paying the Buyer out of my pocket. Bad Deal.

I was told that you guys would help me change the title of my home but that never happened. I was also quoted a rate and monthly payment with $25000 cash back but instead I was given $20,000 And if and wanted the $25,000 I would have to change my monthly payments. I think it’s bad business to tell customer something and do something else

Zac was alright, but I would much rather have our two biggest debts paid off (in the amounts of $14,000 and $13,000, instead, he chose to pay off a $229 monthly car payment and a $260 monthly payment. Those were long term payments totaling approximately $12,566; where as the $13,000 credit card debt was 0% interest for 5 months and put much more pressure on us!

I was under the impression that the process would take 40-45 days when it in fact took 77 days (9.6-11.22) so I was a little disappointed with the time frame. I also had a hard time getting any updates from Zac and Jose via email and often times had to send second and third requests for a reply. Lastly, I incurred a $47 late charge from my previous lender due to being roughly 13 days late in my November payment after being told it would be handled beforehand.
