The closing was at noon and I didn't receive the package until 11:08 so I didi not have adequate time to prepare the papers for the closing. Otherwise the service was fine.

On the positive side, Melissa was generally very responsive. I would her high marks for responding generally pretty quickly. However, as a first time buyer, she seemed aggravated by certain questions or if she was asked to explain certain processes. I was very forthcoming in letting her know we were both first time home buyers, so I anticipated a bit more patience and advice. That wasn't the case at all. Too many questions or pressing questions about the process and costs seemed to annoy her.

Everything was great to start. I felt it took a longer time to a hold of Steve after the initial week of setting things up. He was still very helpful and attentive. He did not show up for closing because of a family emergency. It would have been nice for him to let us know he wasn’t coming since we were waiting. Family always comes first but if I had an emergency I’d call to let my customer know.
