"This experience of buying my first house on my own was very nerve racking for me. The experience totally surprised me at how flawless the whole process went. I can't say enough positive things about Sunshine. She walked me through and explained everything. I would get a text when important papers needed to be signed and that they were coming from her office (I was worried about scammers sending fraudulent info). I could call anytime day or night if I had any questions, and not once ever felt like I was asking a silly question. I've had friends in the process of buying houses and were bombarded with calls from mortgage companies from early in the morning until late at night, I never got one phone call, Sunshine knew what to do to keep the solicitors from calling me. She even came with me to the walk through of the house before the closing. I was so nervous the day I had to sign the final closing papers, not knowing exactly in full detail what I was signing, and Sunshine offered to go with me, which I was relieved! She explained every detail of every page I signed and even kept me from getting a mobile fee, since we were not signing in the office of the title company. She was there when I got the keys to my house, and told me if I ever needed anything to call her. Along with helping me get my house, she has also previously helped my daughter get a home and is in the process of helping my son buy a house.
