"Stephen answered all of our questions and was always quick to respond with accurate information. The home purchased was a lower priced second home, and because of the budget, several offers were made that were not accepted. We even had to walk away from one. Through all of this, he kept diligently working with us. The only issue that came up was closing got delayed by several days because of some disagreements over paperwork. I believe this was mostly due to the seller and title company (it was a bank owned property and the title company was required by the seller). We will go to New American Funding and Stephen for all of our mortgage needs."
