"Timeline for closing was adjusted too many times, as requirements kept coming up at the last minute. Requirements should have been advised at the beginning of the process, to ensure prompt handling. Had to change mortgage type and was told sellers credit could be applied, then found out the week before closing that it could not. Would suggest a checklist of requirements for buyer as well as checklist of docs received for NAF, as most docs were sent multiple times, yet still requested weeks, even months later. Overall, just happy to have finally closed, after over a year of back & forth messages."
