"Kyle Jones was an amazing loan officer to work with but when the loan left his hands and went into Kimberly Odell's hands it went down hill from there . She was very slow, didnt communicate with the loan officer like she was suppose to and didnt really know what she was doing. We had to get two extensions and change the loan type because she couldnt do her job correctly. This was a very horrible experience. Even after closing on the house we still received doc u signs that needed to be signed because she forgot to have us sign them. As a company you really need to review her and see how she operates because if she treats other customers like she did our loan im sure the company has lost a lot of loans due to her process. Kyle is definitely a highly recommended asset to your company and was absolutely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend him."
