"Both John and Peyton were awesome. I mainly worked with John and one thing I really appreciated was he would follow up and call me at least once a week to see how thing are going and if any quetions. He made me feel confident about the process and helped me throughout the process. I shared with John that I went with my realtor's preferred lender and my credit union and another bank, they all ensured that they would properly evaluate my situation in that I have a rental property and it reflects on my taxes and I have a lease agreement, none of them properly calculated the debt to income ratio. I had used NAF before and very glad I went with NAF again as well as got assigned to John becuase John completely heard me out, understood my situation, advocated for me in all areas such as with the underwriters, worked my realtor, and willing to talk to the lenders realor, worked with the insurance company, and worked with the title company. As we got close to closing, John provided me different options such the loan type and buying points to lower interest rate, and he executed all that perfectly. Overall, John was the best. Peyton is great as well. She was very prompt to follow up and respond and communicate anything needed and anwer any questions. NAF overall is great. I really appreciate all the help and willingness to get me through the process and close on the house. John, Peyton, and NAF, thank you all. All of you have been a big blessing in my life. I'll defintely recommend people to NAF as I can personally attest to comparing with other lenders and doesn't come close. Also, I have used NAF multiple times and has always been a great experience. Thank you all!"
