"There was no other option but great or okay and I don't think it was okay, they did a really good job. The only set back i have was the I'll communication for closing docs. On my application i put a friend was going to provide a gift, but close to the point of closing i was told the gift couldn't be from a friend. I would have went about it differently if that was communicated up front. That process drawed out the closing and it wasn't a great experience for my 1st home buying experience. But I believe the experience will continue to be good going forward."
