"In the beginning of the process the communication was good but then it dropped off significantly. There was an error on our drive by appraisal that delayed the process and it is not clear how long it would have taken us to be notified if we hadn't reached out. After that there was almost no proactive communicatio, we reached out for updates which was disappointing."
