My name is Cathleen Edger, and I am proud to work with the community of seniors in retirement on behalf of New American Funding. As a highly-skilled Reverse Mortgage Loan Consultant, NMLS #1966511, my goal is to provide the best customer service possible along with knowledgeable, unbiased advice.

Originally from Texas, I moved to Arizona in the mid 1980's. With a Finance Degree, my focus has been in the housing and mortgage industries. I started my career as a mortgage loan officer, then spent 35 years as a successful real estate broker. In 2020, I returned to the mortgage industry specializing in Reverse Mortgages. I've seen the many benefits of a reverse mortgage, and that is the reason I am committed to grow and serve the lending needs of seniors in retirement and pre-retirement.
