"During the process i got ghosted by my processor Cynthia. Although she was a pleasure to speak and work with, i had left several emails and voice mails over about. 5-6 day period with no reply from her. Ended up contacting Brian and shortly after she reached out again. Also, i felt as though yhere was huge mis communication between your guy's departments and altough you had all the information at your disposal from the beginning, regarding our income and employment, homeowners insurance issues and that i wasn't really qualified from the beginning....was extremely nerv racking and unprofessional on your part. Do your due diligence in the beginning, be more thorough prior to getting so deep into escrow so your clients dont have to jump thru these unreasonable hoops last minute or a couple days before escrow is to close. Also, one last thing. My processor Cynthia was contacted and spoke with the seller of the property. I believe this to be highly unprofessional and honestly a breech of my trust and unethical. I dont know how the seller represented herself but i do know Cynthia knew it was the seller/owner of the property. All in all you guys got us a loan and i am greatfull . But feel you were very unprofessional and chaotic in your operations. Brian on the other hand is an amazing sellsman and grief counselor. Thank you guys again...Jason and"
