"I want to make myself very clear when saying Brain did phenomenal job and we are happy to work with Brain again. Brian stepped in on serval occasions to help fix problems caused by others over sights and inability to plan ahead properly. I say this because of our last min closing cancelation that could of and should of been avoided. We started to see saome bumps in the road after a few weeks and some of this was understandable due to some unknown issues. After we started to see more things show up that were document related, these things were over looked and should of been seen way before the day before or day of closing. I was very disappionted to see that after so many complications had arised that we did not have a manager or superviser step in and have more hands help smooth the rest of the process until we were funded. Even after we closed we need to reach back out to Brian for help. We didnt recieve our cash out on the date we had been promised due to someone again taking thier time and not treating the situation with any type of urgency to the point we barley got our wire transfer before the bank closed two days after we signed the agreement for. If Brain didnt reach out again to push them to get this done we would of missed our pay out date by 3 days. Not one person called to apologize for any of this other than Brian and i dont feel he needed to apologize for anything of his own doing. It seemed like anytime we thought things were moving forward smoothly something didnt get finished correctly or some kind of issue that Brian was able to identify and correct with-in a reasonable amount of time. If Brian did save the day on serveral occasions we would most certainly canceled the refinancing process and looked somewhere else. I was very impressed with Brain, always stayed intouch with me and/or called or responded right back when asked questions or we reached out to him. Huyen was the complete opposite. We would only her from her when there was issues and she would call one time if the phone call was missed she didnt leave a message or event try again for hours. This was the case on the day before closing as well. Call once about 5pm and didnt leave a message or try to call either myself or my wife back for over 2hrs and then sent an Email informing us we had to cancle the closing because she didnt recieve documents she requested 5 days ago. How did we not follow up on the documents sooner? We feel like there was very little concern for our experience or any urgency to fix the problems we ran into by anyone other than Brian Wheelin. There definitely came a point where someone other than Brian should have been making sure things finished off much soother than they did. The amount of money being charged for the service here should have resulted in a much more professional experience AGAIN thank you to Brian Wheelin for his sense of urgency with our obstacles and seeing this through to the end."
