"At first everything was amazing. Amazing communication. Then I noticed a crack. Added costs to buy points to lower rate without my consent. Since then, I found it hard to trust the consultant and commination became frustrating. Near the end of our time working together, commination was scrappy. Everything had to be done NOW; this was difficult because I work in an area with no cell reception for most of the day. All in all, consistent honest communication is all I'm looking for, and I feel that I did not receive that."
