"Lessons learned company, escrow company, agent. They need to coordinate and work together with a new buyer communicate information at the beginning with names companies who will be emailing contacting and wanting personal information bombarding the new buyer not sure how the seller worked is very confusing very stressful and not clear. short video or a short podcast would be helpful in letting the buyer know what's coming at them or bombarding them for the next whatever many days not knowing and getting surprise, it's not a good feeling"
