"Tom was great, very responsive, and helpful. Pleasure to work with. This was our 11th house that we bought and the process to compare with the previous years, most recent one in 2020, was much more chaotic, requiring multiple sign ins to sign documents. Previously it was much more streamlined and simple. One would think that with ability to sign things online that should be equally simple as before. So on a corporate level I would expect you to simplify that process"
