I’m Tim Allen, CMB®, Reverse Mortgage Consultant with New American Funding.
I help seniors, retirees, and their families understand reverse mortgage options in plain English, so they can determine whether this strategy could reduce financial pressure and support a more secure retirement.
With more than 30 years of lending experience, I understand that these conversations are rarely just about a loan. They are often about staying in the home you love, managing rising expenses, easing caregiver stress, and creating more breathing room each month.
The Certified Mortgage Banker designation (CMB®) is the highest designation in mortgage banking, and I bring that experience to every conversation with clarity, care, and straight answers.
