About Tammy White

I joined New American Funding in May 2018 and have been in the mortgage industry for 22 years. I have an extensive knowledge of all facets of the loan process. I specialize in working with VA, FHA, and Conventional loan and love working with first time homebuyers. I have been continuously recognized by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia (MBAG) and have received both Gold and Platinum awards since 2004. I am a Columbus, GA native and live here with my husband, two college aged daughters and our yellow lab, Sawyer. I strive to build lifelong relationships in my business.

In my downtime, I love hanging out at the lake, the beach, and spending time with my family!

The data lists the number of all-cash purchases and the total number of home purchases nationwide including the most recent five quarters of data. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
