From the beginning, he communicated clearly, kept me informed at every stage, and made sure I understood what was happening. When questions came up, he responded quickly and never made me feel like I was in the dark. Buying or refinancing a home can be stressful, but his professionalism and consistent communication made a huge difference for me. Unfortunately, my experience with the loan processing side was very different. There were multiple instances where my closing dates were changed or discussed without clear explanation, and I often had difficulty getting responses. At times, I didn’t feel like my file or timeline was a priority. Communication was limited, which added unnecessary stress to an already complex process.
