"Stefen Bellucci , Alejandro Gonzalez were wonderful, The issues were from Underwriting, I was initially asked to obtain documents from the previous owner??????........Then there was a hiccup with finding out there was a lein on my property that i was un aware of. The initial process went over a month dealing with finding old documents. before the lein was ever discovered. The checks came with my husbands name completely wrong. I also received some one elses checks. I would have absolutely canceled everything and gone else where if not for Stefen and Alejandro. The front end is doing great. The back end of your company is completly broken. in my opinion. When i attempted to communicate with Chad Davis in regards to them asking ME for documents from the previous owner. Mr Davis seemd frustrated with me . saying \"listen i dont have the answer to YOUR PROBLEM\" The time that it took was very uncompetative and messy. I am still currently waiting for the checks that i received in the mail to in turn mail back out myself to clear on my accounts as some of them were not filled out properly. for example Bank of America said pay to the order of BKAMR, Another was Cerulean credit card. however the payment goes to continental finance . The check was made payable to TBOM/CNTFN. I am waiting to see if they are accepted. I received a email that said i would have a letter that says when my first payment is due with payment info. I still do not have that either. Despite all of the missteps and communication breakdowns- Stephen and Alejandro remained steadfast. Their professionalism, persistence and problem solving turned what could and should have been a deal breaker into a salvaged success."
