About Shannon Moore
With over 25 years in the mortgage industry, I am passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and pride myself on providing guidance, education, and personalized service every step of the way.
As a Veterans Mortgage Advisor, I’ve completed additional training focused specifically on VA loans so I can better serve those who have served our country. Helping Veterans understand and maximize their home loan benefits is something I take great pride in.
I also love working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through what can often feel like a complicated process. Seeing clients achieve their goal of owning a home for the first time is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
Originally from Center Point, Iowa, where I was born and raised, I bring a strong Midwest work ethic and commitment to building lasting relationships with my clients. I’m well-versed in a variety of loan programs, including VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional loans, allowing me to help find the right solution for each borrower’s unique situation.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors during the summer—either going for a walk or riding my bike.
