We had to spend countless hours using work arounds. the person helping Ryan was also not very helpful and did not respond to requests for timelines so we could be prepared. If it wasn't for Ryan and the dozen or so deals with him that went smooth we would have pulled the plug on the deal way early. sugguest nit switching systems on transactions in the future or have the work around ready."
