"The underwriter only asked for one piece of information at a time instead of asking for everything at once or even just asking for a few things at a time I had to wait until December 12th to show that I had lived here 12 months I realize that was the rule and accept that but what was unacceptable is from December 12th it took until February 11th to close the loan. I originally applied for the loan september 22nd. As I said earlier, the underwriter just asked for one thing at a time during this entire process which should've been completed by December 12th instead of still asking for more and more information a little at a time until February. I feel the underwriter shoud've have requested all the information by December 12th or even earlier. Vanessa rarely returned my calls. I felt as if she were avoiding my calls and to test that theory, I would call from my number and she wouldnt answer so i immediately would call from a different number that she would not recognize and she immediately answered. I did that on several occasions and each time she would not answer but she would immediately answer from a number she didn't recognize. Communication with Vanessa was horrible."
