"Everything was going smoothly until Savannah was assigned to the process. Her lack of organization, attention to detail, and inadequate communication caused us numerous delays and thousands of dollars. She was extremely hard to reach and did not respond in a timely manner. Several times, her supervisor had to be notified before she responded. Her lack of accountability and insufficient organization was beyond frustrating, as she often asked for documents or information that had been previously provided to her, sometimes more than once. In the end, it took us four months to get this loan closed, and because of that, we ended up paying points to lower our interest to what was originally locked in. Working with Savannah was a complete nightmare."
