"This process was very long for several reasons out of Nolan's control, but I definitely had enough of a reason to not process with this loan. Hands down the only reason I continued and obtained the loan was Nolan, Nolan is amazing, walking walking me through everything and never taking longer then a hour to call me back if I had questions IF he didn't answer my calls on the first call 99% of the time. In addition, even at signing of the loan documents I called at 6:45 pm with questions even though it was after hours just to see if for some reason he was in and he wasn't, but he called me 5 minutes later and answered my questions so i could complete signing. Nolan was so helpful the entire process and even after signing has called me to make sure I knew where to send the checks and even provided the addresses for me. I will 200% do business again as long as Nolan is there, and will recommend new American finding to anyone solely because of him.
