"was great, however, the entire process was OK. Underwriting was an absolute nightmare, and I found myself sending things that we had already sent multiple times. Our loan processor was always be understanding what was currently happening. And on the closing day, the most important day of the entire process, NAF made several mistakes and we were sitting in the office for nearly 4 hours. This was very unfair for our seller and us as buyers, and NAF nearly caused us to have to push our closing date until after the weekend."
