"Nicole and I have work together on previous transactions including with these clients which meant this recent transaction should've been a breeze. Nicole was the ONLY reason we selected this company. If I had known the headache that was about to unfold I would've recommended one of my other lenders. She was the only good thing about this process, the main cause for concern seemed to be an underwriter who requested arbitrary documents at the end; the day before closing. Denied documents multiple times for unknown reasons and just overall held up closing for what seemed to be no reason at all. Causing my clients to miss closing day. Then after these documents finally got approved the closing team preparing closing docs took much longer than anticipated which caused almost a 2nd time of missing closing. There seemed to be a lack of communication and understanding between the team. Now lending was not the only party at fault...title had its own issues that caused what I believe to be a snowball of issues between the two groups. But the main problem started with the underwriter. If this document was as important as he made it out to be it should've been requested weeks before hand not the day before closing. Then deny multiple copies of said requested document. I checked in weekly with Nicole and when she would get me an update from her team...all was fine. So for this to transpire days before closing with little to no explanation of why... my clients were upset. On behalf of my clients and me; it just seems that something is wrong on the backend of this transaction. It will be difficult to recommend this company for my future clients."
