He answered all of my inquiries to best of his ability and directed us to the appropriate parties in those instances where he was unable to provide a valid response. Mike did advise that there were additional loan representatives that were assigned to my process, however I don't recall ever speaking directly with them. I did leave messages after Mike advised that they were there to assist with the process, however no one returned my call and I ended up reaching out to Mike to get my questions answered."
