"Jennifer Williams is not on top of what she is supposed to do. I submitted my loan paperwork on January 29, 2026 and didn't close until April 16, 2026 because Jennifer waited unrtil the end of Feb to request a tax payoff statement that takes 14 days to receive it and then when she did receive it, she missed the next closing date of end of March because she only requested a payoff date in March so she had to request another one when she could have done it when she received the paperwork in early Feb. Michael Seago was very helpful and very quick to respond to my questions. Because of Jennifer's lack of doing her job correctly, I had to get another appaisal and had to increase my interest r*te rather than closing at the end of Feb because Michael had completed all his job by the first week of February. Don't understand the complete lack of responsibilty for what is her job."
