"Clear instructions in a friendly,professional manner. Moved through steps that Luis kept me in the loop where loan was at. Easy instructions on how to send my info. Would have liked a little communication from someone about email instructions in regards to the tax i.d. info. I was a little skeptical when i received those emails,and frustrated not getting a reply on how to because it kept sending the same steps and no reply to my q's. But everything else Luis was great,loan was smooth and Luis always got back to me."

"Very clear communication, better cost, willingness to match and explain costs, always available and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. Service providers in the Seattle area were a bit disorganized: appraiser missed a couple of photos and asked me to take a couple after the visit, and mobile notary had forgotten to get signatures on a couple of pages and we had to arrange spouse to come back to the house after signing to sign more pages."
