"After decades of collecting things for the hope of a home one day, the rising prices of everything made me feel it would never happen. So, I gave all the things I collected away. I kept downsizing into smaller and smaller apartments with higher and higher rents. I hate credit cards which resulted in me having no credit and am older so, I didn't think I could get 30 yr mortgage rates. The only 2 things I did do right was save and carry no debt. Then along came Lisa. She showed me that I could qualify for a home, a 30 yr mortgage and pay less than the going rent prices per month. Trust is an issue for me but, Lisa never gave me a minutes pause. She is solid, trustworthy, responds promptly, always friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and made a scary, tedious process a great experience. Had I stayed the course I was on, I would've eventually been priced out of the rental market and who knows where I would be then? I will be forever grateful to her."

"Lisa. Lisa made it all great. Going in, I was terrified, I understood nothing. I wouldn't have even known I was in a postion to own a home if it weren't for Lisa. I had no hope on that front. I left in a far better place when I was done because of Lisa's knowledge, experience, and patience. She was always prompt, informative and friendly. I never once felt ignored or unsafe - and trust is an issue for me. I would've never owned a home again if it weren't for Lisa. She stayed with me for the whole (very long) time - which dragged out due to issues I had on my end, nothing to do with Lisa. I have already recommended her multiple times, always will. I am deeply grateful to her."
