About Lindsey Whitfield
With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I began my journey as a Loan Officer in 2004 and have been dedicated to helping clients navigate the home financing process ever since. I believe that clear, consistent communication is the foundation of every successful transaction, and I make it a priority to keep my clients informed and confident every step of the way.
I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership, guiding them through the process with care and education. At the same time, I love working with repeat clients—whether they’re purchasing their second or third home—and I take pride in building lasting relationships that lead to referrals from friends and family.
I also stay closely attuned to the market, continuously monitoring interest rates and opportunities to refinance, ensuring my clients can take advantage of the best options when the timing is right for them.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends. I’m married and a proud mom to two teenage boys, and our home wouldn’t be complete without our two cats, who bring us plenty of joy.
Helping people reach their homeownership goals isn’t just my career—it’s what I truly love to do.
