About Kendra Lamanna
Kendra Lamanna is a Senior Loan
Originator with New American Funding who is passionate about helping
clients turn homeownership goals into reality. Originally from Rochester,
New York, Kendra relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2019 and
proudly calls it home.
As a devoted mom to her daughter, Kendra brings
heart, empathy, and purpose into everything she does. She believes mortgage
lending should be more than a transaction—it should be a relationship built on
trust, education, and genuine care. Her goal is to turn every client
interaction into a personal, supportive experience.
Creativity plays a central role in who Kendra is.
Outside of lending, she enjoys photography, art, and hands-on crafts, as well
as skiing and golfing. Her creative mindset extends into her work, where
strategic thinking and problem-solving help her structure home loan solutions
and find the best possible product for each client.
