About Kendall Coffey

Hello everyone! I'm Kendall Coffey NMLS #2478252, originally from the Champaign, Illinois area, now settled in Central Indiana. After high school, I embarked on a thrilling journey with the Army, serving as an airborne infantryman. I gained invaluable experience by holding almost every role within an infantry platoon and sniper section during my 14-year tenure. Unfortunately, my path took a turn when I faced double hip surgery and was medically retired.

Despite the challenges, my love for numbers and investing, especially in real estate, never wavered. I cherished being a leader, teaching, coaching, and mentoring within the Army, which naturally guided me to my current passion as a residential loan consultant. Now, I’m thrilled to help homebuyers navigate their journey to home ownership.

Beyond my professional life, I am blessed to share my life with my wonderful wife, Morgan, and our two beautiful little girls. They bring an abundance of joy and motivation to my life every day.

(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
