Karin is a trusted Reverse Loan Consultant with over 24 years in the mortgage and real estate industry.  However, for the past 9 years, she has focused her energy on the challenges facing our seniors and spreading the word in regards to Reverse Loans.  As a senior herself, she understands the fears of running out of cash in retirement due to inflation, catastrophic medical or other life events, or just not having a fulfilling lifestyle.  

As a professional, Karin has always tried to stay ahead of the competition. After 15 years of working as an Engineer, she set off to start her own business helping First Time Homebuyers because of the experiences she endured buying her first home.  There was no one place to turn to that looked at your entire financial picture.  Karin was determined to change that approach.  She became educated and certified in Tax Planning and Preparation, Financial Planning, Residential Real Estate and Mortgages.  With this background, Karin was able to provide a 'HOLISTIC' approach to purchasing a home.  

And now as a senior, she is once again coming from a place of understanding and compassion as she too has to navigate this new stage in her life.
