"Kaleb was awesome!!!! Super helpful and informative and responded quickly to messages. Zo had terrible communication and dropped the ball on several items. our close date was moved twice because he couldn't get his stuff done in time. on top of the things he either didn't inform us about or wringly informed us about. for a first time homebuyer, this experience was pretty rough and zo ruined our excitement and made it very hectic, especially when it came to closing. EVERY other person we dealt with was amazing. I will recommend naf to others but will strongly advise they stay away from zo or ask for a different loan officer I have no clue how that guy still has a job. Once again, EVERYONE but Zo was amazing"
